We built a set of 170+ unique-content programmatic pages in a week, covering verticals across 10 UK cities. Each page carried its own H1, lede, locally relevant detail and schema. None were template-filler. The full process is in our build log: the data model, the schema-first deploy, the hub-and-spoke internal linking.
We have since consolidated and removed that experimental set, on purpose. At that volume and templating, 170 pages on our own domain is a liability, not an asset. That is the honest call.
