Why is there no monthly retainer for the agency overflow work?

Agency overflow is project-by-project. You sell a build, you brief us, we deliver in 5 days, you mark it up to your client. No commitment between projects.

What if my project does not fit one of the listed services?

Send the brief. We respond within 24 hours with a fixed-price scope or, if it really does not fit, an honest no and a referral.

What does the £400/mo Clinic AI Assistant retainer cover?

Hosting, model usage, monitoring, model retraining as your treatments and pricing change, and bug fixes. Not new feature builds, those are quoted separately.

How does the 60-day result guarantee work?

For the Clinic AI Assistant: if your booking volume has not gone up by at least 8 a month at day 60 (measured against your prior 90-day baseline), the first month's £400 retainer is refunded. Build fee covers delivered labour and is non-refundable.

Do you take equity instead of cash?

No.

How do you handle GDPR and data?

Data stays in your accounts. We work via shared access, not data export. Standard processor agreement available on request. No client data is used for training.
